Snowman is a native code to C/C++ decompiler, see the examples of generated code. This talk gives a brief explanation of how it works.

IDA Pro runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X and can debug a large array of specific platforms (Windows 32/64-bit, Linux 32/64-bit, OS X x86/x64, iOS, Android, etc.). This can be carried out either locally or remotely. Remote debuggers are very useful to safely dissect potentially harmful programs. Oct 01, 2017 IDA Pro v7.0 and Hex-Rays Decompiler (ARM64,ARM,x64,x86) is an application released by the software company Hex-Rays SA. Some users try to remove this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows program uninstallation. The IDA Disassembler and Debugger is an interactive, programmable, extensible, multi-processor disassembler hosted on Windows, Linux, or Mac OS X. IDA has become the de-facto standard for the analysis of hostile code, vulnerability research and commercial-off-the-shelf validation.

Standalone Version

Supports ARM, x86, and x86-64 architectures.
Reads ELF, Mach-O, and PE file formats.
Reconstructs functions, their names and arguments, local and global variables, expressions, integer, pointer and structural types, all types of control-flow structures, including switch.
Has a nice graphical user interface with one-click navigation between the assembler code and the reconstructed program.
Has a command-line interface for batch processing.

Enjoys all executable file formats supported by the disassembler.
Benefits from IDA’s signature search, parsers of debug information, and demanglers.
Decompiles a chosen function or the whole program by push of a button.
Allows easy jumping between the disassembler and the decompiled code.
Fully integrates into IDA’s GUI.

Installation Instructions

Standalone version you can just unpack and run.
IDA plug-in is installed by copying .plw, .p64, .plx, .dll, .so files to IDA’s plugins directory.
